How to start your competition...

1. sign up as a “guest" user.
2. make your profile page.   *look the register sample page
3. make your competition page.   *look the register sample page
   prepare the following things before the competition;
   • time schedule(deadline of participation, presentation, and complete construction)
   • budget (design+construction) *if budget=€200,000, architect's fee(design fee)=€20,000.
     *minimum budget = 50,000 eur *type of currency = eur, usd, gbp, jpy, chf
   • picture+text for explain your project.
   • pay the entry fee (€100)*   *payment info

Start your competition !!

Open Message, Wink...

when open your competition, start to communicate with designers.
using Open Message tool, and Wink button.
*the standard time schedule from the opening to the participation deadline is
2 weeks for easy restyling projects (restaurant, boutique..)
2~3 weeks for new construction projects (private house, hospital, hotel..)

after the deadline of presentation that you decided,
you will have all projects from participants.
then select your favorite plan.

*the standard time schedule from the participation deadline to the presentation date is
2~3 weeks for easy restyling projects (restaurant, boutique..)
3~5 weeks for new construction projects (private house, hospital, hotel..)

Publicate winner..

choose the 1st, 2nd and 3rd plans, and publish it all.

1st winner = contract
2nd winner= give a small prize (ex. €200)
3rd winner= give a small prize (ex. €100)

*if in the case which you have not found the fit project for realize, you can finish it all here.
In this case instead contract, give the prize to the 1st winner.

*If the winner is out of your country, he(she) can ask more 1-3% for the travel spending.

Make a contract with the winner architect.

payment for architect = 11% of budget   (*include artband fee 1%)

3% when start the construction
4% when complete contruction

*architect pays 1% to artband when made the contract.

Meeting before starting the construction...

*the standard time schedule of Meeting is
1~2 months for easy restyling projects (restaurant, boutique..)
2~6 months for new construction projects (private house, hospital, hotel..)

Start creating your space..

*the standard time schedule of Construction is
2 months for easy restyling projects (restaurant, boutique..)
6~24 months for new construction projects (private house, hospital, hotel..)

*if your selected architect lives outside your area, he can work together with local architect.

complete your project !!
put photos and text of your new space.
